Win Your Wishlist

Eligibility:

1. Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older.

2. Employment Verification: Winners must provide proof of employment as a teacher in New Jersey (e.g., school ID, recent pay stub).

3. Residency Clarification: Participants must both live and work in New Jersey. Entries from teachers who do not live and work in New Jersey will be disqualified.

4. Amazon Account: Participants must have a valid Amazon account and be able to create and share a public Amazon wishlist.

How to Enter:

1. Submission: Teachers can submit their Amazon wishlist by filling out the official entry form on our website, located here: http://www.michaelmartinetti.com/wishlist

2. Wishlist Content: The wishlist should include items such as educational supplies, books, decor, and technology needed for the classroom.

3. Wishlist Limit: Each wishlist should not exceed a total value of $800.

4. Entry Limit: Only one entry per teacher is allowed.

5. Public Wishlist: All entries must ensure their Amazon wishlist is made public; otherwise, they will be disqualified from the sweepstakes. If you are unable to submit your wishlist, please email events@michaelmartinettigroup.com

Submission Period:

1. Dates: Submissions will be accepted from July 23, 2024, until August 6, 2024.

2. Deadline: The deadline for submissions is August 6, 2024, at 11:59 PM EDT.

Selection of Winners:

1. Criteria: Judging criteria will be used and wishlists will be evaluated based on creativity, need, and impact on students.

2. Announcement: Five wishlists will be selected from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted by August 13, 2024 via phone call, and email notification.

Prizes:

1. Prize Details: Each winner will have the items on their submitted Amazon wishlist purchased and delivered to them, ensuring their classrooms are well-equipped for success. Alternatively, winners may choose to receive an Amazon gift card equivalent to the total value of their wishlist to avoid delays.

2. Prize Limitations: No gift cards or items shipped outside of New Jersey will be eligible for purchase.

3. Tax Liability: Winners may be responsible for taxes on the value of the prize.

4. Wishlist Accuracy: Please limit your wishlist to items you actually need for your classroom.

Notification and Announcement:

1. Notification: Winners will be notified by email and phone.

2. Verification: Winners will be required to provide proof of identity and employment.

3. Response Time: If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, another winner will be selected, and the prize will be forfeited.

Eligibility Verification:

1. Proof of Eligibility: Winners may be required to provide proof of residency and employment as a teacher in New Jersey. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

General Conditions:
