As the founder and team leader of the highly successful Michael Martinetti Group, Michael has established himself as a leading real estate agent in Union County, NJ, and beyond. In just four short years since obtaining his license, he has achieved unparalleled success, consistently ranking as the #1 agent in Union County and among the top 1% in the state.
Michael made his foray into investing by purchasing his first property in 2014 at the young age of 24. Shortly thereafter, he obtained his NJ RE License in 2016 and embarked on a successful journey of building a portfolio of investment properties alongside renovating personal homes for his family, including his parents and grandparents. Through these endeavors, he gained a wealth of experience and expertise in the field.
Michael has personally represented over 200 clients each year in achieving their real estate goals. Recognizing the need for a top-tier team of agents and support staff to serve all clients, he founded the Michael Martinetti Group in January 2018. Through his work, Michael has demonstrated that the dream of owning and investing in real estate is achievable for anyone, and he is committed to sharing his knowledge and experience with each and every client.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Michael is committed to giving back to his community and has participated in numerous fundraisers and coached youth sports in the Newark area. Building a charitable arm is of utmost importance. Each year, the Michael Martinetti Group gives away a scholarship to students of Union High School based on the prior year's sales.
