TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Michael Martinetti Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. The giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Michael Martinetti Group, located at 1 Elm Street, Westfield, NJ.
3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Terms and Conditions and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 9am and ends on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 5pm ("Giveaway Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Giveaway using any of the following methods: [Online Submission].
5. How to Enter
Visit www.michaelmartinetti.com/devils and follow the instructions to fill out the entry form. You are entitled to one (1) initial entry per person, per email address, for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Boost your chances of winning by taking advantage of our referral bonus: for each friend you refer, you'll receive one (1) additional entry. There's no limit to the number of referral entries you can earn. Please note, entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation, excluding valid referral entries, will be void. All entries, including referrals, become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. Prize Drawing
On or about Monday, February 19, 2024, the Sponsor will select potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email or phone within one (1) day of the drawing.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
8. Prizes
The winner will receive two (2) suite tickets to the New Jersey Devils vs. Tampa Bay Lightning game on February 25, 2024, which includes access to the BMW Lounge and Ice & Fire Lounge, complimentary food, access to a private bar for purchase, and a free parking pass. Transportation to and accommodations in Newark, NJ, is not included with the prize. The total retail value of the prize is $740. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion.
9. General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or (b) terminate the giveaway and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
11. Disputes
THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF New Jersey, United States, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Jersey, United States, having jurisdiction.
